The Board of Directors has changed the monthly meetings to be held on the second Tuesday of every month to be held at the clubhouse at 6PM.
Please remember to report any damages or complaints to the Management Office as soon as possible. Any exterior issues, ex. siding, chimneys, roofs, breezeways, etc., please let us know and we will direct the repairs to the appropriate party.
If you have any complaints regarding neighbors, contractor problems, noises, parking, etc. please either attend the Board Meeting or contact Management @ 609-896-0347.
As a Hampton Chase resident, you are required to clean up after your pets immediately. The Management Office has been hearing multiple complaints regarding pet owners in ALL buildings not cleaning up after their pets. Not only is this un-sanitary, but it is against the Rules and Regulations of the Hampton Chase Condominium Association. The Rules and Regulations state, All pet droppings must be picked up immediately, and placed in a plastic bag and deposited inside the dumpster. Please make note that if you do not comply with the Rules of this Community, you may face possible violation fines which will be attached to your maintenanace statement.
Trash has been another concern among residents. Please make sure that you are disposing of your trash correctly and in a responsible manner. Trash must be secured in a leak proof bag and placed inside the dumpster. Trash may also not be left in the breezeways, balconies or patios. Doing so, creates not only a messy appearance, but may also result in spilled trash and an unmistakable stench. Please take note to keep our Community looking its best and keeping Hampton Chase neat and clean.
